Requesting documents from Multistate Tax Commission

In order to learn formulary apportionment, I have read Multistate Tax Commission's website about the special formula for television and radio broadcast. However, some old papers and discussions are not archived in their official website.


As a researcher, I won't easily give up, so I e-mail their official website. It turned out legal officers there is so active and helpful. To some point, I feel that I am a historian researcher, but I appreciate a lot. Thank you Ms. Disque! This is a fantastic experience.
